Jay Carroll of the multifaceted travelog / look book / vintage everything blog One Trip Pass has been wanting to help promote the Ted Lucas reissue project for a long time now. His pop up shop tonight at Cleveland Art in downtown LA was supposed to be the first time anyone could buy the new Ted Lucas LPs, but the cases of records from Nashville arrived 1/3 damaged and 2/3 empty, and what did arrive has to be handed over to the PO to collect any of the insurance money (your tax dollars) we’re owed. ALAS! The CDs will be there, and the records will be in stores as soon as early October. It’s done, I’ve seen it, and look out because it’s a beauty.
