Robert Lester Folsom cover story from Jacksonville’s Folio Weekly. No, I didn’t enquire about reissuing Lester’s album before even listening to it, and no, Lester did not claim (not seriously, anyway) that he and producer Stan Dacus were the “true pioneers” of flanging, but this is a worthy account of Lester’s rise to belated fame.
